How to Use Video Master

Convert Audio/Video to Various Formats
Step 1Download and Install the Software
To start with Video Master, click on any of the "Download" buttons available above according to your operating system. Once the download is complete, launch the software on your PC. Use the registration code and email address we sent you to register for the software.
Step 2Upload Your Video
On the interface, click on the "Add file" button to import the video or audio file you want to convert. You can either select "Add Folders" or "Add file," or drag the files directly into the software. Once you've added the files, you'll see their details, such as time length, screen size, and original format. From the interface, you can also rename files, compress them, edit metadata, add audio and subtitle files, and position videos at the beginning or end.
You can play the video from the interface, take screenshots, and edit the footage by clicking on the "Edit" or "Cut" icon.
Step 3Select Your Desired Output Format
You'll see a format icon on the right side of the video. Click on it to reveal the available presets, and select a preset of your choice. You can also modify the profile settings based on your preference. If you wish to change the format settings, click the gear icon next to the custom profile. You can then adjust the settings in the pop-up window, such as changing the bitrate, frame rate, resolution, encoder, and quality for videos and adjusting the sample rate, bitrate, channel, and encoder for audio.
Step 4Convert Your File
Finally, choose the location on your PC where you want to save the converted files from the bottom bar. Click the "Convert All" button on the interface to start the conversion process. If you wish to merge all the files into a single file, use the "merge into one file" option next to the "Convert All" button.
Trim and Split Video
Step 1Select the Video
Firstly, choose the video you wish to trim/split and click on the "Cut" option.
Step 2Define the Timeframe
Next, specify the starting and ending time of the segment you want to keep by directly entering it from the bottom duration bar or dragging the clipper on the progress bar. You can also add multiple segments by clicking "Add Segment" and selecting the parts you want to keep.
Step 3Save Your Edits
After selecting the parts you want, click the "Save" button. If you want to merge all the files, click "Merge into one" located on the left side of the Cut window.
Step 4Preview and Convert the Video
Preview the video on the main interface to ensure you are satisfied with the changes. If you are content with the outcome, click "Convert All" to complete the process. However, if you want to modify the footage further, click the "Cut" icon, as the video segments are still available.
Rotate and Crop Video
Step 1Access the Editing Options
To begin editing your video, open the app and click on the Edit icon. This will bring up the editing features, including the Rotate and Crop options.
Step 2Rotate the Video
Select the Rotate option and choose your preferred degree of rotation or flip direction. Preview the changes to see how they affect the video.
Step 3Crop the Video
Once you've finished rotating the clip, move on to the Crop option. This will let you adjust the video's size and aspect ratio to fit your desired output. You can choose from preset ratios or input custom sizes by dragging the frame or entering values. Additionally, you can experiment with Zoom Mode for different visual effects.
Step 4Save Your Edited Video
Click Save once you are done editing.
Effect and Filter
Step 1Access the Editing Features
Open the video editing app and access the Edit interface. Here, you'll find the Effect and Filter mode, which lets you adjust various aspects of your video, including contrast, brightness, hue, saturation, and more. Additionally, you can apply different filters to enhance the visual appeal of your video.
Step 2Apply the Desired Effects and Filters
Select the Effect and Filter modes and experiment with the options available. Use the sliders to adjust the video's brightness, contrast, and other parameters to achieve the desired effect. You can also apply filters to add unique and creative elements to your video.
Step 3Preview and Save Your Video
After applying the desired effects and filters, preview your video to see how it looks. If you're satisfied with the changes, click OK to save the edited video. Your final output will reflect the adjustments you made during the editing process.
Add Watermark
Step 1Access the Watermark Function
To add a watermark to your video, access the edit interface or window and locate the watermark feature. Here, you can add an image or text to your clip as a watermark. Click on Text to input the desired text or Image to select the picture you want to use. After adding the watermark, you can modify its size, rotate it, and adjust the opacity to your preference.
Step 2Save Video with Watermark
After adding and customizing your watermark, preview the video to see how it looks. If you're satisfied with the changes, click OK to save the edited video with the watermark.
Edit Audio in Your Video
Step 1Access the Audio Editing Window
Launch the edit window of your video editing app and navigate to the audio tab. Here, you can access the tools to edit the audio in your video. You can choose the specific audio track you want to work with or add a new track by clicking on the + icon close to the Audio Trackbar. With the audio track selected, you can adjust the volume and delay time to achieve the desired result.
Step 2Save the Edited Audio
After making the necessary changes to the audio, preview the video to ensure that the audio is playing correctly. If you're satisfied with the changes, click OK to save the edited video with the updated audio.
Add Subtitles to Your Video
Step 1Access the Subtitle Function
To add subtitles to your video, access the Edit interface of your video editing app. Here, you can import subtitle files from your device by clicking on the plus icon. Once you have imported the subtitle file, you can customize the appearance of the subtitles by adjusting the opacity, color, font, outline, and position to suit your preferences. Additionally, you can modify the delay time to ensure that the subtitles are synchronized with the video.
Step 2Save the Subtitle
Click OK to save the video with edited subtitles.
Edit Media Metadata
Step 1Access the Metadata Editor
To access the Media Metadata Editor, open your video editing app and click the Toolbox option on the top menu. This will bring up a window containing the Metadata Editor and other tools like GIF Maker and Video Compressor.
Step 2Choose the File and Edit Metadata
In the Metadata Editor, select the file you want to edit. The editor supports various file formats, including AVI, WMV, ASF, WMA, MPC, MP4, MOV, M4P, 3G2, M4R, and M4A. Once you have selected the file, you can edit the metadata fields, including the file name, artist, cover, album, year, track, genre, comments, and composer. Make the necessary changes to the metadata fields as required and save the changes to update the metadata for the selected file.
Step 3Save all the Changes
Click Save when your editing is OK.
Compress Video
Step 1Launch the Video Compressor
To access the Video Compressor, open your video editing app and click on the Toolbox option located on the top menu. This will bring up a window containing the Video Compressor and other tools like Metadata Editor and GIF Maker.
Step 2Choose the Video and Set Compression Settings
In the Video Compressor, select the video file you want to compress. Once you have selected the video file, you can choose the compression settings for the video, including the size, format, resolution, name, and bitrate. Adjust these settings as required to achieve the desired compression for your video.
Step 3Choose the Video and Set Compression Settings
After setting the video's compression settings, click the "Compress" button to start the compression process. Once the compression process is complete, you can choose the location to save the compressed video file and click "Save" to save the compressed video.
GIF Maker
Step 1Access the GIF Maker
The GIF Maker can be accessed from the Toolbox window. It provides several editing features, such as Effect & Filter, Rotate & Crop, Audio, Subtitle, and Watermark, that you can use to modify your video before converting it to a GIF. You can also select the section you want to use for the GIF, adjust the frame rate, and specify the output screen size.
Step 2Create the GIF
After applying any desired editing, click on the Generate GIF button to create your GIF.
Choose Preferences as You Prefer
When using the ripper or converter feature, you can access the Preferences button by clicking on the Gear icon present at the bottom of the interface. There are four options available to customize your preferences:
1General
This option allows you to choose the Audio Language, Subtitle Language, update settings, and GPU Acceleration according to your needs.
2Convert
In this option, you can select the convert tasks, snapshot folder, output folder, and other settings related to the conversion process.
3Toolbox
You can set the output folder to save GIFs and compressed files in the Toolbox option.
4Task Schedule
This option allows you to choose the action to be performed after completing a task, like a shutdown, sleep, or hibernate. You can customize your preferences as per your requirements using these options.
